The main aim of Pre-Dinner music is to set the tone of a wedding and create a relaxed atmosphere for the guests. We would often start our afternoon set with a few slow numbers to ease people into the day and allow them to have a conversation without competing with the music. As the guests get settled and enjoy a glass of bubbly or their favourite tipple, we'd start picking the music up and play something a bit more lively. A wedding is a celebration after all, so our most important job is to lift the mood and keep people in great spirits! The Canapé Cruisers have a diverse sound incorporating 6 string acoustic guitars, a 12 string acoustic guitar and a mandolin. This instrumentation means we can play a wide range of music from Traditional to bluegrass, and all the way through to our own take on popular music classics!
